As an overall dark roast, the body remains as smooth as butter, yet rich as velvet. Taste notes of fruit and a nutty cacao. The perfect balance of a dark roast body with medium roast finish leading to a coffee like no other! If you are always between getting a medium or dark roast, why not nave both? Makes for a tasteful cold brew, drip and pour overs.
