1. How fresh is my coffee when I order from Headcount Coffee?
Every bag is roasted to order — we don’t keep large lots of inventory sitting on shelves. Your coffee is roasted, packed, and shipped within days so you get the freshest cup possible.
2. How do I earn and redeem rewards?
You earn 3 points for every $1 spent, and you can redeem 100 points for $1 off. Just sign in to your Profile & Rewards to track your points and unlock exclusive perks.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $29 ship free anywhere in the U.S. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
4. What makes Headcount Coffee different?
We roast every batch by hand in small quantities, focusing on organic, fair-trade beans and roast profiles that bring out each origin’s best flavor. It’s coffee roasted with purpose — not mass production.
5. Where do you roast your coffee?
All of our coffee is roasted right here in Jewett, Texas, at our Read and Roast location. You can even stop by, grab a drink, and watch the roasting process in person.
6. Can I buy your coffee in person?
Absolutely. Visit our Read and Roast by Headcount Coffee location in Jewett, TX, or find us at local markets and events across Central Texas. You can also order online and choose local pickup.
7. What if I need to return or exchange my order?
We stand behind every roast. If there’s ever an issue, just reach out through our Return & Refund Policy page — we’ll make it right.
